Front of House
- headwaiters- those who assure the front of house is rumnning smoothly. They organise and supervise other waiters and generally make sure all customers are happy. They organise all waitstaff, take bookings, assign tables, greet and farewell customers.
- waiters- they are dealing directly with the public on a regular basis. They take and serve orders for food and drinks. After each course they will remove plates and other service ware.
- bar attendant- they are solely responsible to prepare, mix, present and serve beverages.
- sommelier- theyserve wine and other beverages to the customer at their table. The sommelier will have special knowledge of the menu and wine recommend wines to best accompany the dishes on the menu
